The content of this paper is a compilation of the results and findings of several working groups comprising business and legal experts of IMs/ABs/C-OSSs and applicants. The new process described (TTR) introduces a new approach to capacity management. Existing process components have been streamlined and improved, and some innovative process components and products newly created to fully cover all market requirements.

Please, note that the TTR process description is a working document and is expected to be subject to changes based on the experience gathered through the pilots and outputs of the TTR working groups.
