Not able to return capacity to IMs

When user was trying to manually return capacity NO_CHANGES found was thrown when PCS System was trying to persist CT Dossier -> Solution: force new version when CT dossier is being saved in RFC capacity return process

Dear colleagues,
I have doing that (or even with more than 1 day) for several dossiers but finally the following ones cannot be returned to the IM:

  • 187567: I want to return days 2,4,6,7
  • 187586: I want to return days 2,3,4,5,6,7
  • 187585: I want to return days 2,3,4,6,7
  • 187535: I want to return days 3,5,6,7

Dear Felix,

You have to select a timeframe for the search first. Then it will give you the PaPs that have running days for that timeframe. After that you can mark the PaPs and click on the return capacity button. Please check the attached screenshot.

I recommend you doing day by day, meaning seven times (if you mark all 1-7, you will get only those PaPs that are running all days of the year). 

  • Set day 1, leave period for the whole timetable year
  • Search for all direction
  • Mark all PaPs
  • Click return
  • Do it again for day 2, and so on until day 7
