
Agenda PCS Training Group Feb 2017
- Welcome and agenda presentation* by Jorge Campo. The meeting will take place from 9h to 14h.
- Feedback from RFC Trainings: RNE will provide to the group feedback concerning the latest training programs. At the time of this meeting the RFC 2,4, 6 trainings will be still pending. The feedback will be provide considering the trainings for the rest of the corridors with RNE.
- Missing documentation (from last meeting):
- General Introduction to PCS: New video material added to CMS: Máté Bak will present the basic video for the processes and phases added recently and the technique used to create it. Feedback from the participants will be welcomed
- Partial offer documentation: Pending (see below as a possible material for documentation)
- Observation guidelines: Must be ready for the new RUs. To clarify with the group. - Network statements: There is a project dedicated to provide a common ground for the different Network statements. Jorge Campo will inform the users of its status.
- Survey Analysis for the trainers: There is a lack of information concerning the trainings provide by the different trainers. Is the CMS used? is language a big barrier? and other questions will be discussed in order to create a new survey for the trainers where we can get this information to improve our materials.
- Link from PCS to CMS: Felicia Riedl asked to Add a direct link from PCS to the CMS documentation. We have included two new links in PCS, one for support and the other one to the CMS documentation. Is this enough?
- Possible certification and permission in CMS: The need to control the access and identification of the users in CMS together with the possible increase of functionalities in the system, brings back the possibility of considering a certification process for PCS. Participants will be informed in some detail of the new possible functionalities and a discussion about the certification and its features will be revisited.
- Workshop: Participants will find several suggestions for creating new missing materials for our CMS system. Possible tasks are:
- Translation into the participant language of some of the main content
- Creation of documentation for:
- Partial offer
- PaP manager
- Other suggestions
- Video creation: Based in Máté's presentation, participants will be encouraged to create some video materials for example for:
- CNDW and Select PaPs,
- Working with PaPs,
- working with TT and calendars.
*At least two breaks are expected during the meeting. Lunch time is included around 12:00h.
