• Users shall give a recognizable name to their dossiers to ensure that the dossier is not used by other users

Applicants

• Users shall only use dossiers that they have created or that other users within their company have created (depending on each company's way of working)

IMs

• Users shall only use dossiers that they have created or that other users within their company have created (depending on each company's way of working)
• Users shall only edit the master data (IM parameters, loco types, activity types, common mandatory parameters) related to the company they belong to
