I have some trouble when importing catalogue path, especially with location point.
 
Attached excel data importer.
Here is action PCS ask me. This information are already in the ENEE code sheet from excel file.

 
Could you please fix this bug?

The cause is: In the previous years, ENEE ID was unique identifier and now is not.

For example for ENEE ID: 87413013 (OP in excel: LE HAVRE - FSC ALLUVIONNAI) there are 31 active operation points in PCS.
