IM parameters are lost while promoting to PathElaboation

• In the report client also mentioned that the arrival time is lost. IMO this is already fixed

According to the analysis that I made (following the steps that were made by the user) this is related with the issue that was fixed in the last patch release: RNE007-2921.
Additionally I tried to reproduce it on pcsschool (dossier id: 92328) but everything was ok.
