"Classic phases" (Without PaPs) in New Path Request Process

This phase is for opening a new Dossier for a Path Request.

This phase is dealing with the first offers for a Path Request and all Applicants are involved. A Path Feasibility study can be started form this point.

Path Request

In this phase, the Path Request will be submitted and the leading/coordinating IM works on the IM timetable data.

For dossiers with PaPs this phase is not available. Pre-booking will be the option.

Path Elaboration

In the Path Elaboration phase, the IMs are able to edit the Path Request. At the end of this phase, the leading/coordinating IM submits the draft timetable.

Draft Timetable

This is only a temporary phase to present the draft timetable provided by the previous phase.

In this phase, the companies are checking all the details they provided and communicate with each other to get closer to the Final Offer.

After the Observations phase, the companies finish the change request made in the phase before.

Final Offer

After the Post-processing phase, the Final Offer is now available. In this phase, the final document is provided. The Dossier remains in this phase until it is used in the next timetable period.

Active Timetable

When the next timetable period starts the Dossier switches into the Active Timetable phase. This is the normal operation state for the timetable.

When the timetable period ends the Dossier isn't needed anymore. Therefore it switches into the Closed phase.
